These terms cover autozeigen.com, operated by Uxgency Inc, a Massachusetts corporation. By using the site you agree to them.

What this site is

Autozeigen is a page you send for one car, and a link to your garage of those cars. It is not a feed, a directory, or a place where people buy and sell. A price appears only if the owner typed one. The site does not take payment and does not complete a sale.

Your account

Sign-in is with Google. You may show cars on the account you sign in with, and you may delete them. Sign out when you are done on a shared computer.

What you put on a page

You keep the right to the photographs and the words you add. You confirm they are yours to share, or that you have permission. Do not post someone else's private information, or anything you do not have the right to show.

Anyone with a car's link can see the name, the photographs, the note, and a price if you typed one. Anyone with the garage link can see the cars on it. The folder is not on either link. It is there for the signed-in owner.

Removing a page

You can delete a car, and the photographs and the folder go with it. We may remove a page that breaks these terms.

The site itself

The autozeigen name and this site belong to Uxgency Inc. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Uxgency Inc is not liable for what you or someone else does with a link you send.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
